Exhibition Household Bliss
100 years of Household blissDo you know how your (great great) grandmother did the washing in 1910 and how your children will vacuum their houses in 2030? What about the impact electrical equipment has had on our domestic lives? Find the answers to these questions and many more in NEMO’s interactive and nostalgic summer exhibition on delightful, zany and extraordinary appliances from 100 years of housekeeping.
The exhibition at NEMO features the collection of cultural heritage objects acquired in 2007 from the former Energetica museum. Two theatre performances are held in NEMO nearly every school holiday. The Balance show is full of fascinating facts, while Magic with Numbers introduces you to the world of numbers and codes.

The cable bike is an activity in the Glass Ballroom. It is available at certain times such as the holiday programme or during events.
