Splashing Water Wonder

As soon as the sun shines, more than 4,000 litres of water flow through 30 water tanks on NEMO’s roof. Architect Renzo Piano designed this giant cascade as a stunning feature on NEMO’s roof. Splashing Water Wonder is a watery playground where you can play, splash and paddle during the summer.

Splashing Water Wonder is a concept that originally came from Australia. It is a place where you can cool off, but above all where you can play with water. By turning the taps and wheels, you divert the water flow. Can you guess which shower the water will appear out of this time?

In addition to Splashing Water Wonder and two unique sandpits in the shape of the building, NEMO organises children’s activities on the roof throughout the summer.
