Dutch Eastindiaman 'The Amsterdam' next to NEMO
NEMO has a new neighbour: the 18th-century Dutch Eastindiaman The Amsterdam. Or at least a replica of it, because the original was wrecked during a violent storm in 1749. Until the middle of 2010, The Amsterdam will be moored next to NEMO while the Maritime Museum undergoes extensive refurbishment. You can visit The Amsterdam on its own or in combination with a NEMO ticket.

Entry price for The Amsterdam: € 6,00
Combination ticket for NEMO and The Amsterdam: € 15,50
Tickets are available from the NEMO ticket office. The Dutch Museum Card (Museum Jaarkaart) is not valid at The Amsterdam and NEMO.
Opening times for The Amsterdam:
Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00 to 17.00 hrs. During official school holidays and in June, July and August, The Amsterdam is also open on Monday.
